Creating multiple accounts for one individual is strictly prohibited.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
EZ Mine will not be liable for losses due to unauthorized access caused by compromised credentials.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found involved in suspicious or fraudulent activity.
Each mining plan can be purchased only once.
Re-purchase of the same plan is not allowed. To invest more, you must upgrade to a higher plan.
Mining earnings vary based on the plan and are subject to platform conditions.
Any attempt to exploit or misuse plan functionality may lead to account action.
EZ Mine offers a 5-level referral commission system:
Level 1: 5%
Level 2: 4%
Level 3: 3%
Level 4: 2%
Level 5: 1%
Users attempting to manipulate or abuse the referral system (e.g., fake users, self-referrals) will be permanently banned and forfeit all earnings.
Withdrawals are only available after all platform conditions are met, including mining period completion and any referral or task-related criteria.
Earnings will not be available for withdrawal if conditions are incomplete or bypassed.
A withdrawal fee applies to all payouts.
Withdrawals will be processed after review and approval by our team.
Users are responsible for providing accurate wallet details; we are not liable for incorrect entries.
Deposits must be made in USDT using the supported networks (TRC20, ERC20, or BEP20).
Deposits are credited after manual or automatic verification.
Any incorrect deposit or use of unsupported networks may lead to loss of funds, for which EZ Mine is not responsible.
All purchases, deposits, and plan activations are strictly non-refundable.
Plan repurchase is not allowed; only upgrades are permitted.
In exceptional cases, if the user is not satisfied and the issue cannot be resolved by our team, a refund may be considered only after review.

You agree not to:
Create multiple accounts
Generate fake referrals
Use bots or automation tools
Attempt to bypass platform rules
Misrepresent yourself or your actions
Violating any rule may result in suspension, termination, and loss of all earnings.
EZ Mine reserves the right to change, improve, or discontinue any feature, plan, or earning structure at any time without prior notice.
These changes are made to maintain the fairness, security, and sustainability of the platform.
